ブランド名のグレイグース(=渡り鳥)にちなみ、ゲストの方自身が、グース(渡り鳥)として料理を通じて上空を旅するという、照明音響を用いたアートディナーの実施です。

We organized a special art dinner, directed by Ayako Suwa, for only 10 guests. Inspired by the brand name, Grey Goose (it being a migratory bird), the concept was to take the guests on a journey of migration through the course of the dinner, choreographed with lights and music.
